Is a traditional form of therapy originating from Thailand, combining traditional Indian medicine, yoga and acupressure. This is a therapy that not only relaxes the body but also stimulates the flow of energy, improving overall health.
No oils or creams used:
Unlike many other types of massage, Thai massage is usually performed on a mattress and the client wears loose clothing.
Stretching & Acupressure Techniques:
The therapist uses hands, elbows, knees and even feet to stretch muscles and stimulate acupressure points.

Thai massage helps to open up energy (called “Sen”) along the body, increasing blood circulation and life energy.
